New Commerical Surveyor joins the team

Steve Thwaites joined Horton Construction in February 2019 as Commercial Surveyor, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise after 12 years in a similar role at Marlborough Brickwork.

Based in the Leeds office, Steve’s role includes taking responsibility of all commercial elements across a series of projects, from tender stage to final account. Compiling tender submissions, liaising with clients to agree valuations, working closely with the Project Managers to achieve targets, as well as procuring materials, plant and sub-contractors are just some of the roles he will carry out on a daily basis.
