This scheme encompassed the conversion and extension of an existing office building into a new Travelodge Hotel comprising of 133 en-suite bedrooms, bar, cafe, lift and stairwell cores, corridors, laundry rooms and staff areas. Horton Construction Services were contracted by Barnes Construction on a labour and fixings basis to carry out the internal carpentry fit out works including 1st fix roof work, installation of 1st fix timber flooring on top of concrete frame, internal doors and frames, architrave, window boards, skirting, ironmongery and bathroom sanitaryware.
