This project was to deliver a student accommodation development with 310 bedrooms, in a single building segregated into four blocks. Blocks A through to C were four-stories with Block D being six-stories. The scheme was situated on a very tight site meaning a pro-active relationship was required between ourselves and Midas to ensure deliveries and material distribution ran smoothly. Our contract was for the installation of over 1000nr Doorpac Quick2Fit doorsets, architrave, ironmongery, skirting and window boards. As well as the supply of labour we were also asked to supply MDF skirting and window boards. This scheme was delivered on programme and under budget leading to us securing additional large schemes for Midas.
