This project was another joint venture between WJL Contracts and Horton Construction Services, this time with Bowmer & Kirkland as the main contractor. Over 2 phases Horton Construction Services has provided the labour and fixings for the internal carpentry fit out works including installation of internal doors and frames, architrave, window boards, timber boxings, skirting, ironmongery and acoustic panelling.
