This development is situated in the centre of Wembley’s regeneration and involved the construction of a brand new 312no. bedroom Premier Inn, consisting of a piled substructure and 13 storey RC frame. Our contract was a labour only package to the provide the installation of internal doors, door frames, architraves, skirting boards, window boards, ironmongery, bedroom finals and sanitaryware. It was a privilege to work as part of the team that achieved practical completion a massive 16-weeks before schedule. This has lead to us securing the follow on scheme for McAleer and Rushe within the Wembley regeneration development.
